Every Night / Morning Workout (Or More!)
20 of each, 2 sets (if you want) :
Leg cirles: lay on your back and lif your legs at a 45 degree angle, move them in circles
Chair/box crunches: on back, legs on a 90 degree angle on a chair or box, crunches
Regular crunches: knees bent, normal crunches
Left crunches: legs to the side crunches
Right crunches: legs to the side crunches
Bicycles (40 total) : bicycle crunches, 20 for each leg
Leg-ups (20 both legs): lay on side, prop up head, point toes lift legs straight up.
Butterfly Crunches: butterfly position for legs, crunches
Squats: squat with butt out, hold for 5, stand

i actually don’t have one. i’m the type of person that loves to switch things around when i have the option to so one day i may be focusing on one exercise more than another. and whenever i see a routine i like to try it. maybe one day i’ll fall in love w/ one.
This is progress.
So today I’m going out for a run. I’m about to finish some homework, take a shower and then begin. I’m so pumped right now!

i try it every now and then, when i’m extremely pissed off and not even thinking …i do it cause atm i think my guts will release all the shit in them but literally nothing comes out so i just laugh at myself after cause its all out of temporary anger ..yeah. and did i mention nothing comes out?
Water is so unpleasing unless it's extremely cold.
In all seriousness room temperature water is disgusting to me. I always make sure I have cold bottles of water at home. I also lovvvvvvvvvvve ice… like you don’t understand. I fill up the ice cube tray wait a couple hours and then eat all the ice cubes & repeat. Crushed ice is my fav. I’m gonna go get some now ^-^

i am tired of my stomach jiggling! hahaha. i want to get fit. i want to be healthy. i want to look good and be proud of the reflection i see in the mirror. i feel like losing weight would also help my confidence quite a lot. & yes i’m doing this for me.
