Every Night / Morning Workout (Or More!)
20 of each, 2 sets (if you want) :
Leg cirles: lay on your back and lif your legs at a 45 degree angle, move them in circles
Chair/box crunches: on back, legs on a 90 degree angle on a chair or box, crunches
Regular crunches: knees bent, normal crunches
Left crunches: legs to the side crunches
Right crunches: legs to the side crunches
Bicycles (40 total) : bicycle crunches, 20 for each leg
Leg-ups (20 both legs): lay on side, prop up head, point toes lift legs straight up.
Butterfly Crunches: butterfly position for legs, crunches
Squats: squat with butt out, hold for 5, stand
